For each of the products you wish to purchase, navigate to the item you want to add your design to, select a colour and then click on the "Customise this product" button. Follow the onscreen instructions and that's it!

Not necessarily no. When you click on "Customise this product" you will be offered the options for that particular item. If you want to discuss any option that is not being offered please contact us.

No you can not return personalised items unless WE have made a mistake. Once you personalise a product we would have to scrap it if returned. Make sure you follow size guides carefully and check any design you add before ordering.

We have currently suspended our International shipping service due to the recent exit of the UK from the European Union.

However, we are still accepting orders from Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland. Customers from these regions should be aware that they may be liable for additional customs charges following the UK's exit from the EU.

We offer free delivery on orders over £100. This will automatically apply itself in the checkout to qualifying orders.
